Where We Serve

The heart of our business is centrally located in two major regions where we’ve been making it happen since the 1960's. Growth for McKinley is not just a fling, growth for us has been in motion well before the rest. We are in the regions we serve because they are booming, electric, and diverse economies that are places of commerce, heartfelt communities, and most importantly, places that we all live and call home. Make no mistake, we won’t veer from our mission to serve and grow in these communities. We have an unwavering commitment to the regions we serve for the next 100 Years!!!

Ann Arbor

Our founders started “back in the day” as entrepreneurs coming out of the University of Michigan. By no coincidence, they continue today in great support of the University of Michigan home to the Wolverines, the best medical school in the country, best research facilities far and wide, and the greatest institution in the entire world.

Ypsilanti

Our leaders are passionate about serving the Ypsilanti region with affordable housing to serve all of Washtenaw County. Home to Washtenaw Community College, the Golfside road and surrounding area is a cornerstone fairway bringing together the Ann Arbor & Ypsilanti areas.

Taylor

Our leadership has made a commitment to Taylor community since 1992. We serve on behalf of the Taylor Community Development Corporation.

Orlando

Our founders built many of the communities we own in Orlando well before Moana sailed into Disney. Our tentacles within Orlando are deep and our knowledge and passion for the i4 corridor is our bread and butter. Orlando is a diverse city that brings a beautiful mixture of people from all of the world, international and local. Orlando is where we want to be, always.

Tampa

We love our boutique portfolio, in a growing city that has the quaint feel of old brick historic structures paired together with foodie wonders, an incredible sports culture, and the most beautiful Bayshore blvd.
