Our pet-friendly apartment community features two swimming pools & outdoor whirlpools, a fitness center, grilling stations, and picnic areas. Portofino Apartments are just minutes from Orlando International Airport, Orlando Central Park, Lockheed Martin, I-4, and the Florida Turnpike. A very short drive to all major Orlando attractions, dining, and shopping! Portofino Apartments are in the Orange County Public Schools District, where students attend Palm Lake Elementary School, Chain of Lakes Middle School, and Dr. Phillips High School.

What I love most about being Portofino Apartments' Community Manager is how small and intimate we are! At only 167 apartment homes, we have the opportunity to connect and immerse ourselves in the residents and really get to know them. Every day, Portofino apartment residents pass by the office to get a cup of coffee and say hello. It means a lot to me that I'm able to be a part of their home and know that they can always come to me if they need anything.

Located minutes away from Bill Frederick Park, an excellent place for kids to enjoy the playground or for anyone in the family to take a nice outdoor walk.
