Indigo Winter Park is a lavishly landscaped apartment home community. Each of our one bedroom, one bathroom apartments feature laminate flooring, carpeted bedrooms, washers & dryers, walk in closets, screened in patios, maple wood cabinetry, gas stoves and efficient appliances. Our pet-friendly apartment community includes three resort style pools, bbq grilling stations, two double tennis courts, recording studio, sand volleyball and bike racks. Indigo Winter Park apartments near Full Sail University (across the street) are located on the corner of SR 436 and University Blvd. We are conveniently located down the road from Baldwin Park ER, 3 miles away from Advent Health Winter Park, and less than 8 miles from Advent Health Altamonte Springs Hospital and Altamonte Mall shopping areas. Indigo is also within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and convenience stores. Indigo Winter Park is located in the Orange County Public Schools district where students attend Aloma Elementary, Glenridge Middle School, and Winter Park High School.

Located minutes away from Cady Way Park, an excellent place with multiple activities anyone in the family can enjoy. From a dip in the pool to a fun tennis match, you and your loved ones will enjoy the outdoor fun all year round. Our apartments are near Full Sail University, a 10-minute walk to campus. If you have kids, your neighborhood schools are Aloma Elementary, Glenridge Middle School, and Winter Park High School.
